DID YOU KNOW THAT ABOUT 70% OF ALL AMERICANS SUFFER FROM NEGATIVE CREDIT ?
By cleaning up your credit report you can raise your Credit Score, lower your interest rates and get approved for a loan with the best rate possible. Our credit repair specialists can assist you in restoring your credit quickly and legally. Bad credit is the number one cause for consumers losing home loans, better jobs, and auto loans. In fact your whole life revolves around your credit rating! There is help available for you. Credit reports do not just report a consumer's "credit" history.
Credit reports typically include the consumer's name and/or any aliases used, spousal name, social security number, past and present addresses, employment history and detailed account information, which includes a monthly transaction history, provided to most creditors and credit card issuers. Credit scoring is a system creditors use to help determine whether to give you credit or not.
Information about you and your credit experiences - such as your bill-paying history, the number and type of accounts you have, late payments, collection actions, outstanding debt, and the age of your account is collected from your credit application and your credit report. Using a statistical program, creditors compare this information to the credit performance of consumers with similar profiles. A credit scoring system awards points for each factor that helps predict who is most likely to repay a debt. This total number of points - your Credit Score - helps predict how creditworthy you are; that is, how likely it is that you will repay a loan and make the payments when due.
A credit report may also include information reported by landlords, utility companies, insurance companies, doctors, hospitals, lawyers and other professionals. Also included are public records, such as bankruptcy filings, lawsuits, court judgments, foreclosures, judgment liens, tax liens, mechanic liens, and criminal arrests and convictions. Even inquiries by creditors and others are listed on ones credit report.
According to a 1998 study by the Public Interest Research Group, of the credit reports surveyed, 29% contained errors that could result in the denial of credit. Over 70% contained mistakes or errors of some kind, 41% contained erroneous personal demographic identifying information, 20% were missing major credit cards, loans, mortgages or other facts that are critical to demonstrate consumer credit worthiness. Your credit report may be damaged as much by the information that is omitted as by the negative information that is foundthere. Creditors are not required to report information to a credit bureau. However, you are entitled to add information that you feel will help your rating.
The law says you are allowed to write a letter of up to 100 words involving any credit dispute which the agencies must provide to any creditor who ask for information. That might include the details of loans that you paid on time, active accounts where you have a good record, salary increases at your job, and information about your mortgage, car loan or the settlements of disputed bills. If you are going to make the effort to fix your credit then you should choose a company that makes every effort to help you by using the laws that were enacted to protect you. Look for a company who guarantees to work hard to help you. We do all the work for those who don't have the time or inclination to do the work. It is a frustrating and time consuming job to clean up past credit problems - but the results will save you thousands of dollars in interest money alone. Cleaning up your bad credit is an investment that will keep paying you back money and enjoyment for years to come. It will allow you to get approvals for things you may have been denied. Did you know you could be denied a job and a place to live in if you have bad credit under our current credit system? Cleaning up your credit reports and restoring credit will help give you back control over your life.
